The 16th and 17th of January took place the First International QualiPSo conference about fostering trust and quality in Free Open Source Systems. With 135 attendees from China, Brazil, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Greece, Belgium and other EU countries, the two-days conference was focus on the challenges that the FOSS model introduces while being integrated in industry strategies.

Second Qualipso Conference
Leading organizations unite to create a new IT event: the Open World Forum
Paris, 1 December 2008
This event collocated in the Open World Forum , Floss Innovation and Competitiveness, attracted attendees from Industry , Academia and Open Source communities interested in boosting the Open Source Adoption.
During this one day session, Floss quality, future trends, interoperability, information management, next generation forges or competence centers were main topics discussed by respected international experts on Open Source coming from Europe, EEUU, India or Africa.
In addition, the Open World Forum contributed to provide an international meeting point for all IT stakeholders to cross-fertilize initiatives in Free Libre and Open Source Software.
