The training activity has two main goals, as mentioned in the DoW:
 “to update the skills and align the competences and knowledge inside the QualiPSo Consortium itself”;
 “to promote and encourage uptake of the emerging QualiPSo results helping the potential target groups to better understand and exploit the methodological and technological aspects, the tools and the overall environment defined and developed, and the knowledge in terms of best-practices, business models, experience gained in the project scenarios development and more in general in the adoption of OSS”.

At this stage of the project, with Competence Centre arising, other than internal training, also training addressed to external people can be considered strategic.
In this case, the provided training contents should be flexible enough to fit the needs of manifold target users. This feature will be reach by means of both the following requirements:
 The source contents will be prepared according precise guidelines, allowing contents turned towards distinct final users.
 The training platform will provide customized courses, according the profile of each user and his previous knowledge background.
